Life events can impact us negatively, some of the effects can last over long periods of time. How we heal, on our own or with the help of another, oftentimes plays a recurring role in how we continue to navigate through our lives. Damien helps clients to regulate their psychological states and release trauma stored in the body.
He gets inspiration from people that find the strength to reach out to others for help and feels privileged to help the many individuals that struggle with finding that strength. That is the core of his compassion as a therapist.
Damien has worked with organizations, including Promises Treatment Centre, BLVD Treatment Centre, Awakenings Treatment Center, Sober College and Cast Centers. His education includes a master’s in psychology with a LGBT Affirmative specialization from Antioch University in Los Angeles and a BS from Emerson College in Boston, including an undergraduate curriculum at West London University in the U.K.
